Strong Hand Tools introduces the Third Hand Modular Clamp, a fully articulated and adjustable modular clamp for holding parts at any position for hands-free access while the operator tack weld, cuts, grinds, sands or paints. Two smooth ball joints in the clamp enable the operator to rotate the clamp arm 360 degrees and bend the arm to any position that will give full access to the part for tack welding, repair, inspection or finishing processes. It can be locked and unlocked with a turn of socket head cap screws. The slim profile (1 ½" wide) enables it to be used anywhere in the shop, the company says. The universal C-clamp base (2" opening) supports mounting on a flat, square or angled surface.
