Jergens Inc. will feature a low-profile, multi-axis Fixture Pro vise as a workholding solution designed to reduce setup time. According to the company, the low profile provides an extended work area above the vise to increased usable Z-axis travel. The design maintains the same strength characteristics of the company’s larger vises to ensure stability, repeatability and long service life. It also offers a wide jaw width and is available with standard mounting as well as the modular Drop & Lock version for five-axis and multi-axis applications designed to ensure accuracy and quick change-over time.
The company’s Value Added Solutions Team (VAST) is available for application expertise. The team provides custom solutions using either standard or custom tooling.
