The MT200G/T3, a multitasking, twin-spindle turning machine with three turrets and gantry loader, is designed for facilities running complex parts and various part types on one machine. The CNC gantry loader provides options in automation.
The ML400 compact shaft turning machine enables automated turning of shaft parts as long as 15.7" (400 mm) and ranging to 7.9" (200 mm) in diameter. With twin turrets (upper and lower), cycle time reductions can be realized by pinch turning. The machine is available with one or two turrets and with or without the company’s three-axis CNC gantry loader.
The MW50 is designed for compact line operation, flexibility in manufacturing, versatility and easy setup change. This automated CNC turning center targets parts that are 2" × 2" (50 × 50 mm) and features twin horizontal spindles and twin four-station tool blocks. The machine is available with one or two of the company’s three-axis CNC gantry loaders. According to the company, cycle time reductions can be achieved because of the high speed gantry, fast load/unload times (4.5 sec.) and reduced machine idle times.
The MW120 is designed for automated, medium-to-high volume, tight-tolerance turning requiring fast part cycle time. This automated CNC turning center features twin horizontal spindles and two independent tool stations per turret. According to the company, machine owners can expect improved part quality; increased machine uptime; and reduced total process time, labor, setup, jig and tooling costs.
