Lechler’s Whisperblast air nozzles are designed to handle a variety of industrial usages for compressed air, such as drying off parts, blowing dirt or dust off of parts or equipment, or blowing off rejected items from a conveyor. The standard flat version can be used with others on a header to create an air curtain, while the Mini-Whisperblast, which is half its width, is designed to spray into tight spaces or areas where only a narrow blast of air is required.

Benefits of the line of air nozzles include increased blasting power, reduced air consumption, reduced noise levels and more precise air control.

The company also has expanded its Series 632 line of precision flat fan spray nozzles to include 3/8- and ½-inch connection sizes, in addition to 1/8- and ¼-inch sizes. These nozzles cover a fan-shaped area on a single plane and are commonly used in a stationary position on a conveyor when the target moves through the spray or when the spray itself is independently moved over the target, such as on a wand. Applications include cleaning, coating, cooling, lubricating, rinsing, parts washing, surface treatment, printed circuit board etching, degreasing, phosphating and roll cooling in steel mills.
