According to the company, the system's Web-based reports can be used to optimize equipment, programs and schedules to support unattended operations. The reports can be customized to meet specific plant requirements, and the software also includes automated reporting.

Reports are generated in chart and graph formats that support drill-down mining to reveal detailed information about specific machines and/or production activities. All collected data can be exported into a spreadsheet to facilitate custom analyses and report generation. Other features include automatic data collection; multiple equipment interfaces; scheduled e-mail reports; text messages triggered by events; custom event definitions; a bar-code scanner for data input; and manual notations and comments for events.
