The Quick Change series of toolholders from Carmex Precision Tools delivers better gripping due to a polygon shank. Developed to ISO standard 26623 for toolholding systems, the polygon taper ensures automatic radial centering and even pressure around the coupling. The 1.4-degree tapered polygon shank is interchangeable with most leading manufacturers.

Quick-change toolholders are available for both external and internal threading applications in a range of metric sizes and feature internal coolant bores. Both configurations are available for either 16 mm (3/8" i.c.) or 22 mm (1/2" i.c.) thread turning inserts.
