The Takisawa Tech LA 250 series of high-performance turn-mill machines features a rigid, one-piece slant bed machine base with a heavy-duty boxway design to promote high machining accuracy. A 4,000-rpm milling turret with 5/7.4-hp motor further promotes rigidity with oversized couplings and enhanced clamping pressure. This turn-mill features a 12-tool turret, a 22.8" maximum swing capacity, 3" bar capacity, a 3,500-rpm gearhead spindle, programmable tailstock and quill, and a FANUC control.

Models are available with optional C and Y axes, each with the same rigid boxway design. The C-axis positioning enables driven-tool mills to avoid movement errors for maximum accuracy and shorter process times.
