Small-Diameter Cutters Enable High Feeds
Seco’s High Feed 2 small diameter cutters, ranging from .625" to 1.25", offer high feed rates and small depth of cut for handling a variety of applications.
Seco’s High Feed 2 small diameter cutters, ranging from .625" to 1.25", offer high feed rates and small depth of cut for handling a variety of applications. The close-pitch 218.19 cutter, available in 2" to 4" diameters, features differential flute spacing for achieving high feed rates and increased metal removal capabilities. The company also offers Niagara MZN410R and 510R cutters for high-feed operations. Available in inch sizes, the Niagara provide tight and close access to smaller corner radii at mold cavity floors and side walls.
Seco will also showcase its Turbo 10 and Square 6 square shoulder products, Double Octomill and Quatromill face mills, and R218.20 ballnose cutter.
