Available from Earth-Chain USA, the sPINner machine uses magnetically-activated stainless steel media in a soap-based deburring solution to remove burrs without harming the part. It deburrs ferrous, non-ferrous and hard plastic parts produced on Swiss-Type screw machines, lathes, machining centers and plastic injection mold machines.
The machine eliminates the need for hand-deburring of small, precision parts, and it can deburr internal cavities, slots, holes and blind holes. At the end of the cycle, all parts are demagnetized. Available in three sizes to batch deburr small, medium and large quantities of parts, the system is programmable for hands-free operation.
