Nanovea's M3 automated hardness and elastic modulus tester is available in nano and micro models as an alternative to micro Vickers hardness testing that does not require visually measuring indents. Featuring a touchscreen and full automation capabilities, the tester can automatically calculate average and standard deviation for five measurements in as little as 5 min., according to the company. The machine works on all types of elastic and plastic materials.
