Rego-Fix offers Q+ System Capto toolholders that are manufactured using state-of-the-art measuring and grinding systems, the company says. The toolholders are said to be the most precise and accurate toolholders for Capto-style quick-change components. They are available in the company’s ER toolholder line, as well as in its PowRgrip collet system. According to the company, the toolholders are balanced by design to G 2.5 at 25,000 rpm, making them suitable for high speed cutting and high performance cutting applications. Additionally, Type H toolholders are ready to accept Hi-Q balancing rings that enable precision balancing of the system for speeds as fast as 80,000 rpm.
