The FZ17 industrial coalescing system from Zebra Skimmers is designed to maximize coolant performance by removing tramp oils and introducing oxygen into the sump to slow bacteria growth. The system features interchangeable-flow restrictors, an adjustable tramp oil weir and collection chamber, and a “T-strainer” filter to prevent large debris from entering the system. The coalescer’s customizable options are designed to improve flexibility and efficiency. In addition to a variety of intake devices, 110-V, 220-V and air pump action are available. Designed for ease of use, operation requires placing the intake device into a machine coolant sump and plugging in the unit, after which the coalescer begins accumulating oil in the collection chamber. The company says that its coalescing system is flexible enough to service both small and large machines.
