Anger Management’s TC1 is designed to combine the advantages of a machining center with those of a transfer line. Stemming from high-end series production in the automobile industry, the technology behind the transfer concept works according to the principle of a machining center using a tool changer and crown turret heads. However, with the transfer concept, multi-spindle heads also can be permanently integrated for drilling templates and special tools. The rapid movement of the workpiece from tool to tool decreases chip-to-chip times and increases process speeds. According to the company, this reduces the effort of parts handling in multiple machine installations, minimizes the risk of clamping errors and requires no additional quality checks.

According to the company, the TC1 can double the performance and output of a single machining center, which reduces floor space and staff.
