Featuring an integrated vacuum supply for reduced costs and immediate use, the Witte Slot Vacuum Chuck Starter Set is ready useful for light milling, drilling and clamping of very small workpieces. The aluminum alloy slot chuck has a size of 200 mm × 100 mm × 32 mm with a clamping area of 100 mm × 200 mm.
Users can punch holes through the rubber adapter mat to configure it to accommodate the clamping of small parts. Work-locating stops on two sides of the vacuum chuck allow workpiece adjustment, while a vacuum stopper limits the area affected by the vacuum function. This is said to extend the clamping system capabilities. Also furnished are two clamps for holding the chuck to the machine table and a supply hose with a connector for compressed air connection.
