The Quaser MV154 APC, which is a VMC that features 31.4" × 19.6" pallets, includes X-, Y- and Z-axis travels of 27.5", 19.6" and 22", respectively. It has a 12,000-rpm, 30-hp, Cat # 40 spindle and an ATC that can accommodate 48 tools.
The company also offers the MK603S, which features a two-pallet, traveling-column design. The pallets measure 41.3" × 21.6" and index 180 degrees. It also has a 12,000-rpm, 30-hp, Cat # 40 spindle and a 48-tool ATC. Its X-, Y- and Z-axis travels measure 40"× 24" × 23.6".
Both machines feature 290-psi coolant-through spindles, chip wash down, dual chip augers and a chip conveyor. They are available in the United States through YMT, Inc.
