The company offers many workhandling solutions, including the Hydrobar Sprint 542 automatic barfeed that feeds 12-ft. round, hexagonal or square barstock with diameters from 0.197” to 1.65” (5 mm to 42 mm) in a variety of applications for fixed or sliding headstock turning machines. The Turbo MH500 filtering chip conveyor is also available, which handles virtually any chip challenge including fines, broken, coarse and stringy chips of mixed materials, plus filters debris from coolant to 500 microns, and has a space-saving design; and the Quick Load Servo 65 short bar loader that automatically feeds 1/4” to 2-5/8” (5 – 65 mm) diameter short bars as long as 51” (1295 mm) in length, provides quick change-overs and requires 15-percent less floor space than comparable bar feeds, the company says. It also offers the Express 332 automatic magazine load bar feed for barstock diameters from 0.125” to 1.250” (3 mm to 31.75 mm) in fixed or sliding headstock machines; and the Alpha 212 automatic bar feed, designed for small diameter, round barstock from 0.078” to 0.47” ( 2 mm to 12 mm) on fixed or sliding headstock machines.
