Turntable Drive Solutions

As seen in MMS

Dual-Gearbox Drive for Turning Tables
Available from Andantex USA, the Redex MSR TwinDrive is designed to be a turnkey, self-contained sub-assembly that simplifies the mechanical transmission system for turning tables on larger vertical lathes.

Axis Drives Built on Cubic Concept
Available from Andantex, the Redex DRPng and KRPXng axis drives are built on the cubic concept, which assumes that the machine frame is part of the drive itself rather than part of the machine.

Preloaded Double Pinions
The Preloaded Double Pinions (PDP) line is designed to eliminate backlash between the rack and pinion in high precision linear motion applications. The PDP is made of two ground WMH pinions, each ½ the width of the rack, connected together through a custom coupling, preload system that cancels the backlash between rack and pinion.
