BENZ high speed spindles offer solutions for all applications where the existing machine revolutions per minute (rpm) and the resulting cutting speeds do not allow for an efficient production. Our New Generation has an improved stability, ceramic bearings for highspeed cutting, revolutions up to 40.000 rpm (with coolant), revolutions up to 18.000 rpm (without coolant) and coolant pressure up to 80 bar. All types of highspeed spindles produced standard with jacket cooling, this reduces operating temperature and results in consistent operating parameters. Especially suitable for precise machining of spindle speeders. For more specifications, please, visit our website: www.benz-inc.com
The new Alignment System -AS- enables a fast and convenient adjustment of live tools for keeping a accurate and constant position, even after repeating changes. Broach Shortens Cycle Times
The Benz LinA broach is designed to reduce machine cycle and setup times as well as costs, even for small lot sizes.
Modular Quick-Change Spindles for Faster Tool Changes
Solidfix modular quick-change spindles from Benz provide flexibility for faster setups, tool choices and tool changes.
Lending A Hand To The Machining Center
This coolant-operated gripper loads in the spindle like a toolholder, allowing the machining center to lift and move its own workpieces.
