A Special Message from Briney Tooling Systems

Briney Zero Chuck

Briney Tooling Systems is pleased to introduce a revolutionary ER32 collet chuck that has the minimum amount of gage length to work in today's machining spindles.

The Briney Zero Chuck has only (.750) of gage length to help machine parts or fixtures that are too close to the machine spindle head for stub or standard gage length collet chucks. What makes this chuck so different is that the collet sits into the holder past the flange area and into the taper shank. The collet is held in place with a Zero Chuck Nut that has an external thread on it to seat into the flange. The only projection from the gage line is the length of the flange (.750) and the tool being used for machining.

The Zero Chuck provides the same gripping power and versatility as any standard ER32 collet chuck and built to the same demanding specifications as the rest of the Briney Tooling Systems product line. To machine the most demanding jobs where length from the spindle to the part is too short for standard ER32 collet chucks, ask a Briney representative today to see how a Briney Zero Chuck can benefit your company in those short projection work envelopes where standard length just won't do.
