VERICUT® is software that enables NC programmers to reduce or completely eliminate manual NC prove-outs by simulating the CNC machining process and detecting errors! Checks for problems such as collisions, gouges, rapid feed errors, etc.

VERICUT also optimizes cutting speeds for faster and more efficient machining. By optimizing the NC program to maintain a consistent chip thickness (recommended by cutting tool manufacturers) VERICUT produces a better surface finish and reduces cutter wear!

VERICUT works with G-codes and CAM output.
