Dorian Tool is introducing a new line of Thru Coolant Threading tool holders and Bars. The Dorian Jet-Stream? Thru Coolant System is now designed for both Turning and Threading applications and is available in multiple (inch and metric) geometries. The Dorian Jet-Stream? Coolant System controls coolant volume and pressure with the patented Thru Coolant Dor-lock clamp and interchangeable coolant nozzles. The coolant stream is aimed at a close range of (6mm) precisely onto the cutting edge of the insert at a very high velocity. The controlled stream of coolant will lubricate the cutting edge of the insert thus reducing the coefficient of friction and preventing the chips from adhering to the insert. The physical combination of high velocity and high pressure forces the hot chips away from the cutting edge of the insert. As a result, the insert will operate at a more consistent lower temperature with a clean and undamaged cutting edge, changing the way metal is cut. Higher surface speeds can be achieved with a better surface finish as well as closer working tolerances and higher machine performance. The insert life can be extended up to 200%.

The VictoryTM CNC Quick Change Gang Tool holds up to 12 tools in a linear setup and eliminates the need of stopping the machine to change tools after each operation. The VictoryTM CNC Quick Change Gang Tool slides over the tool post dovetail just like a regular quick change toolholder and is locked in place with the pull of the tool post locking handle: simple and quick. The anti-rotation pins prevent any radial movement of the tool post under heavy drilling, boring, turning and threading operations.
Centerheight of all tools can be simultaneously adjusted using the height adjustment screw, minimizing the setup/changeover time.
After removing the VictoryTM CNC Quick Change Gang Tool, by simply sliding it off the toolpost dovetail, the toolpost will remain on the machine immediately ready for shaft work or toolroom work.
VictoryTM CNC Quick Change Gang Tool is supplied with a thru coolant system and all the coolant fittings.
