All Fadal vertical machining centers are built to order and tailor made to fit your machining needs. The size machine you need and the performance demands you make dictate the use of linear way or box way slide technology. We offer four VMC platforms and each has it’s own unique performance capacity profile. Smaller machines with lower horsepower and spindle speeds use linear way construction on X, Y and Z axes. Larger machines with higher horsepower and spindle speeds migrate to the use box way construction on all three axes for increased rigidity and vibration dampening capacity. Because all Fadal VMCs are built to order, our sales engineers can configure your next VMC to custom fit your exact budget and machining needs.
