FANUC's Series 30i/31i/32i-MODEL B CNCs are designed for complex, high-performance machines with a large number of axes, multiple part program paths and high-speed auxiliary machine functions. Supporting up to 32 servo axes, 24 simultaneous interpolated axes, 8 spindles and 5 independent PMC machine ladders, the Series 30i/31i/32i-MODEL B CNC can handle the most complex part profiles and multi-axis applications. Recent performance enhancements include improved block processing time (0.2msec) and increased part program storage size (32MB).

POWERFUL FUNCTIONALITY AND EXTREME RELIABILITY

FANUC's Series 0/0i CNC is the world's most popular CNC. The latest more powerful Series 0i-MODEL F, offers an incredible degree of compatibility and integrates seamlessly into FANUC Series 30i-B to provide users with perfectly matched machine control regardless of the application. The Series 0i-F includes the features and functions that are usually associated with a very high performance CNC system and includes over 200 standard features designed to increase productivity. The 0i-FT has expanded the maximum number of control axes to 12 and the maximum number of feed axes to 10 on the 2-machining-path system. The 0i-FM can handle 2 spindle axes.

FANUC's Power Motion i-MODEL A Motion Controller is ideal for a wide range of general industrial motion control machine applications such as winding machines, wire saws, gantry loaders, die cushions, press machines, multi-axes positioning systems, large robotic positioning tables, wing riveting machines and polishing machines. The Power Motion i-MODEL A offers multi-axis and multi-path functionality with a maximum 4 control paths, 32 total control axes, 4 simultaneous control axes - up to 16 axes by PMC axis control function that can be executed independently for each axis.

Moving large, heavy parts is easy with the FANUC M-2000iA robot

An operator can handle 40 pound parts before needing an assist device.  The rigid arm design of the FANUC M-2000iA robot can handle parts weighing as much as 3,000 pounds with full articulation for transferring extremely heavy items such as truck, tractor, and automotive frames, and other large castings.  The robot’s ability to handle ultra-heavy parts helps manufacturers meet production requirements, and significantly reduces costs associated with conveyors, lifts and other fixed automation.

Optimize long machine process times with a flexible FANUC robot

FANUC robots are ideal for manufacturers with long machining times that require secondary processes such as deburring and cleaning, gauging or inspecting, assembly, labeling and packing.   The new LR Mate 200iD family of six-axis mini-robots offers short- and long-reach models to handle a wider range of small-size consumer products.  A very slim arm, about the same size as a human arm, and a bottom cable exit option minimize interference with peripheral devices and makes it perfect for small work spaces.
