BMC-135R – The BMC-135R is the largest machine in our BMC Series. It comes standard with a 50 taper, 35 hp geared head spindle, linear scales on X, Y and Z axis, chip conveyor and a Fanuc CNC control. The W axis stroke is 35.43” and has a diameter of 5.31”. Optional accessories include a 60 or 90 station automatic tool changer, through the spindle coolant system and a full 4th axis table.
Our Vertical Lathe Series has two sizes available to fit your machining needs. Turning diameter capacities range from 62.99” (VL-12) to 118” (VL-25). All major components are made from Meehanite casting and are precision ground which provides maximum rigidity and accuracy while machining.

CNC lathe model HL-25 Durga can be used for manufacturing precision products. It can cut from 0.0625" to 9.84" diameters and up to 23.62" lengths in a variety of materials. The lathe is a combination of power, accuracy, reliability and high speed with large capacity that can turn small through large lot parts. It comes with a 23-station servo turret. This feature is designed to provide faster setup time and fast chip-to-chip tool change.
Spindle has Cylindrical Double Row Bearings as well as P4 class Angular Contact Bearings (ID/OD) 100mm/150mm. This provides ultra high spindle rigidity, able to resist dynamic radial forces over 34,000 pounds. Gear Box has 2 range, Auto Shift with 4 to 1 ratio. Allows 6,000 RPM spindle to produce over 690 Foot Pounds of Torque in the low range.
The HMC 500 features a direct-drive spindle. The pretensile-type design of the roller ballscrews is said to enhance the machine’s accuracy and stability. In addition to a load capacity of 1,764 lbs, the machine has a three-axes rapid traverse rate of 945 ipm, with an option to increase to 1,575
