New from Fuji, the ANS-300TTS and ANS-320TTS Twin Turret Automated Shaft Lathes are ideal for high volume applications with short cycle times. Boasting 4-axis simultaneous operation, and Fuji's own gantry robot, the ANS-300TTS and the ANS-320TTS achieve faster cycle times and faster takt for optimal work piece output.
The rigid box way construction of these lathes ensures superior spindle output. Approximately 50% of the process cycle time is reduced by high spindle and cutting thrust. A honeycomb-constructed column enhances rigidity and reduces machine weight.
Featuring a compact design, floor space requirements are at a minimum. The footprint of the ANS-300TTS is 5'7" W x 7' D x 9'6" H and the footprint of the ANS-320TTS is 6'6" W x 7' D x 10'8" H.
The included Fuji-designed and -built high-speed 2-axis gantry robot enables the ANS-300TTS to carry up to 11 lbs. + 11 lbs., while the ANS-320TTS can carry up to 22 lbs. + 22 lbs. For faster and smoother simultaneous multi-axis movement to access the front, back, left and right of the traverse axis, the ANS-300TTS and the ANS-320TTS are equipped with FUJI's SP1 Max Robot Controller. A Fanuc 320i-A CNC Control with 5-place decimal positioning control (English); 4-place metric is also included.
Both the ANS-300TTS and the ANS-320TTS operate at a maximum spindle speed of 3,500 rpm and hard turn with a 20hp spindle motor. Featuring a curvic coupling, the turret heads on each slide are capable of heavy radial force developed during cuts. The programmable traveling tailstock features a long stroke of 13.78".
Suitable for machining pinion shafts, turbo charger shafts, input shafts, output shafts, axle shafts, electric motor shafts and more, the ANS-300TTS and the ANS-320TTS machines turn diameters up to 7.1" and shaft work up to 11.81" long (with the option to upgrade to the ANS-320TTS to machine shaft work up to 23.62" long).

Now available from Fuji, the PBS-300TT Twin Turret Chucker performs medium to high volume production with short cycle times. In fact, featuring 4-axis simultaneous ID/OD diameter rough and finish turning, the PBS-300TT provides about a 38% reduction in process cycle time. The rigid box way construction of this chucker ensures superior spindle output.
Equipped with Fuji's own high-speed 3-axis dual hand gantry robot, the PBS-300TT provides work piece loading and unloading efficiency. Robot carrying capacity of this Fuji's Chucker is 6.6 lbs. + 6.6 lbs., conveying diameters up to 7" inch X 4.7" length. The PBS-300TT comes with FUJI's SP1 Max Robot Controller for faster and smoother simultaneous multi-axis movement to access the front, back, left and right of the traverse axis.
A Fanuc 320i-A CNC Control is standard with 5-place decimal positioning control (English); 4-place metric is also included.
The PBS-300TT operates at a maximum spindle speed of 3,000 rpm and generates 20hp at the spindle motor. The turret head features a curvic coupling. For improved chip flow, the machining position of the PBS-300TT is located directly above a large chip receptacle at the bottom of the machine. Chips drop straight down from the cutting zone onto the Fuji built chip conveyor.
The PBS-300TT is suitable for machining flanges, hubs, gear blanks, inner rings, outer rings and more.
The compact footprint 4'11" W x 6'7" D x 10' H of the PBS-300TT allows for easy integration into most shop environments.

Changing parts with a loading/unloading time of less than 5 seconds, Fuji's new FS4-3500 compact automated gang tooled turning center is the fastest in its class. Ideal for large production runs, this machine allows loading and unloading of the workpiece during spindle rotation. Two separate loaders are included for loading and unloading, The time-tested FS4-3500 is the machine of choice where uptime and speed are critical.
The FS4-3500 is as precise as it is fast. It incorporates a 30 degree bed design. The ways that support the gang slide are a hardened and ground combination square and dovetail way system. The saddle and cross slides are coated with TURCITE type material to reduce stick slip. This proven design along with Fuji's mid-case spindle assures super high accuracy, superior roundness and finish in high volume production environments.
Fuji's automatic gauging can be integrated into extremely high accuracy applications where 100% inspection is required.
The FS4-3500 is especially suitable for bearing applications, as well as transmission parts requiring short cycle times. This incredibly accurate box way machine with gang style tooling allows for maximum metal removal required by bearing manufacturers worldwide. The FS4-Series can be applied to most applications that require both OD and ID turning. The machine can be connected with a part flip station for complete OP-10 / OP-20 turning. Maximum part diameter is 6.0". An optional 4-station indexable turret is available.

Featuring 4-axis (X/Y/Z&C) simultaneous control, the HM-3000 Milling Cell from Fuji is capable of 5-face machining in one chucking for processing flanges, hubs, differential cases and more.
Equipped with Fuji's own high-speed gantry robot, the HM-3000 provides work piece loading and unloading efficiency. For faster and smoother simultaneous multi-axis movement to access the front, back, left and right of the traverse axis, the HM-3000 comes with FUJI's SP1 Max Robot Controller. A Fanuc 210i-MB CNC Control is also included.
The tools are mounted in a circular arrangement. Axial and radial holders can be freely attached anywhere on the turret of the HM-3000. Attaching an axial holder diagonally creates a B-axis on the machining center for machining angular holes. Turret tool capacity of the HM-3000 is offered with turrets of 6, 10 and 15 tool stations.
The bed design allows swarf-chips to fall directly into the large discharge opening beneath the main spindle. Chips are transported away by Fuji designed and built chip conveyor.
The HM-3000 is ideal for drilling and milling after turning operations at the end of a modular production line or as a stand-alone operation.
The modular design of Fuji's Milling Cell allows for line integration with Fuji ANS, ANW and TNW models.
