FMS vises for single double and self-centering clamping

Of special interest to horizontal and vertical machining centres users FMS vises present the same building characteristics of STD vises: hardened HRC 60 & ground steel construction throughout!
Born dedicated to machining centres, FMS range of vises allows workholdings with perfect alignments in a space saving design, extremely high wear resistance and bending reduced 2 times with respect to the STD modular vises (base thickness doubled), possibility to clamp more pieces simultaneously with mechanic, hydraulic or pneumatic devices.
You can use them both for vertical and horizontal clamping without any price charge.

Multiflex vises for multiclamping
|
The “Multiflex” series vises are a total new concept of modular clamping system able to maximize the machine table capacity and increase its productivity (reduced dead times).
This system is designated for clamping several workpieces at the same time on the machine tool table, thus reducing tool changeover times.
This modular system makes a wide variety of clamping arrangements possible, wheter for several workpieces or for custom application. The base could in fact be clamped to the machine table while the jaws positioning, number or type could vary according to workholding needs (from 1 to 9 pcs. clamping possibility on the same vise base)

Company Profile
Gerardi design and manufactures new solutions in the clamping of workpieces (steel, cast iron, aluminum, etc.) for milling, drilling, tapping, edm and checking operations.
Highest accuracy and reliability are the main features. Latest updated technologies, high qualified workmanship and a net of the most qualified distributors are the “key” means used.
Since 1986 the workholding accessories range has been completed with the range, still unmatched, of Angular Heads for traditional machines and machining centres and Driven Tools for CNC lathes designed and manufactured by the Alberti Co.
The most recent news about Gerardi S.p.A. Co. is the set up of a U.S. branch to better serve the American and Canadian market and all its agents and distributors. Those markets already represent the largest consumers of Angular Heads.
The warehouse and offices are located in Huntley (IL) in the Chicago area (Tel.847-515 3234). Huge stock is now available within 24 hours for all North-American users.
Gerardi Group includes today more than 100 people, with an average age below 35 years old.
