Depending upon the number of conveyors used, the type and volume of chips being conveyed, and the work area layout. We tailor the chip conveyor to the customer's requirements. CHIP DISC FILTRATION: The Hennig CDF System offers a filtration solution that uses a filtration disc versus a conventional filtration drum. The filtration system will filter a wide variety of material chips and is well sited for both water soluble and oil coolants. The benefits of the disc design over the drum are ease of maintenance, increased reliability, economical to purchase, simplified operation, long life permanent filtration media, and continuously self cleaning.
FLEXIBLE APRON COVERS: They serve for the protection of machine ways and exposed machine parts. Apron covers are used as an alternative for space consuming or complex covering systems.
ROLL-UP COVERS: Hennig offers a variety of roll-up covers: walk on roll-ups, open reel roll-ups, canister reel roll-ups, canister stainless steel roll-ups, AGS1 roll-ups, and Seal Link roll-ups. Each type of roll-up is designed to your specific machine protection requirements.
TELESCOPIC SPRINGS: The spiral springs made of hardened, high alloy steel guarantee excellent protection against contamination, chips and mechanical damage. High precision ball screws can be safely protected by a minimum overlapping degree of only 40%. Special features: Minimal deflection of horizontal springs and low lateral flexion of vertical springs. Spiral spring pressure force ensures the absence of sag in any working position.
