Accu-Lube - Minimum Quantity Lubrication
In today's global marketplace, every dollar is important.
As an alternative to flood coolant, Accu-Lube is less expensive to use, better for your workers, the environment, and your bottom line.
Accu-Lube is a Minimum Quantity Lubrication, or MQL system, that consists of an applicator and lubricants for near dry machining, with performance superior to flood coolant in many applications.
Accu-Lube's precision applicator provides just the right amount of lubrication directly to the cutting edge, helping remove more material in less time and extending the tool life.
Accu-Lube cutting fluids are natural vegetable oil with high-tech additives to provide superior lubrication. Only two ounces of fluid per 8 hour shift is all you need. One gallon can last three months while recycling costs and clean up are virtually eliminated.
Whatever you are machining, from aluminum and non-ferrous metals through hardened tool steel, Accu-Lube has the right lubrication for you.
