Spinner Triplex turning centers are THE productive turning solution for bar machining. Reduce cycle time by simultaneous operations with 3 turrets on bar fed stock, even on complex parts. Triplex is extremely versatile for small, medium and large batch production. And, it's easy to run with quick and direct conversational programming.

Spinner precision machining centers are available in standard 3-axis configurations, or in 4-axis models with rotary tables, and 5-axis models with tilting rotary tables. Tilting tables are available for positioning or full 5-axis contouring applications. Machining centers come with either 32 or 55 tools as standard, and with a fast double-arm toolchanger. Extended X-stroke versions are available for 5-axis and fixed table machining in same working area.

The New Spinner VC360 is specially designed for economic, high speed and precise machining of small workpieces. It can reach a spindle speed 15.000 rpm with SK40 toolholders or 30.000 rpm HSK40, and rapid traverse speed of 48 meters per minute. The VC360 comes standard with 24 tools. It has an operating cube of 360mm by 310mm by 310mm.
