Gang tooling has many advantages: Rigid, inexpensive, fast changeovers. The OmniTurn tooling and control have been integrated to facilitate 1 minute changeovers. Our customers perform high volume JIT mixed with short runs and prototyping.
The C axis machines are popular, 1/36,000 resolution. This with our tooling and accessories makes the OmniTurn extremely profitable.
