Since 1963 Precision Cutting Tools, Inc. has established itself as a major manufacturer of endmills. Our most recent investments are improvement in our technology and a NEW line of superior quality cutting tools.
The first is in our IN-HOUSE coating services, PCT provides PVD coating (TiN, TiCN, EXXTRAL PLUS-ALTiN, & VARIANTA-TiALN) in 48hrs turnaround time in most cases. With the addition of our PVD coating you will improve productivity as well as reduce machine down time and be able to maximize tool life.
The second is our NEWEST product, Variable Helix solid carbide endmills. Made from high performance carbide with high rupture strength (TRS 620,000) you are sure to maximize performance and increase productivity. These tools are offered in 2 & 3 flutes for Aluminum and 4, 5, 6 & 7 flutes for High temperature alloys.
In addition, PCT specializes in manufacturing Specials per prints, radius, special cut off lengths, angles and whistle notch's per customer requirements. Our highly trained staff can provide you with reliable technical expertise upon request.
