Raptor was born out of necessity.
Raptor was created by manufactures for manufacturers. We recognize the challanges that manufacturing facilities are faced with, particularly with workholding devices. That is why we created these innovative products. Spend your time making parts, not figuring out how to hold them!
Our workholding products allows for unprecedented access and clearance to all five sides of a workpiece and is designed to hold the fixture rigidly in place.
Raptor is Adapatable. Our workholding products can fit any machine and any solution. We have a variety of adapters, risers and fixtures built to attach directly to the most popular CNC machines. Multiple Raptors can be mounted to tombstones, Nests and base plates.
Our dovetail cutters are available in variety of dovetails heights and diameters depending on your needs. Our dovetail cutters machine the flat on the dovetail edge of your workpiece in one pass. This prevents a sharp edge on the dovetail from pressing into the corner of the fixture.

Get That Part off the Table
Vertical machining centers with simultaneous five-axis machining capability have become popular in recent years.
Fixture Holds Large Workpieces
Raptor Workholding Products’ RWP-006 dovetail workholding fixture is designed to hold large workpieces weighing as much as 80 lbs.
Job Shop-Developed Dovetail Fixture Takes Wing
Two aerospace job shops in California collaborated to produce a workholding fixture that allows any shop to set up a fully fixtured pallet dedicated to a five-axis job and then store the fixtured pallets for immediate use whenever the job repeats.
