Hannover Messe USA, co-located with IMTS 2018, is hosting its Integrated Industries Conference on Tuesday, September 11. The event, co-organized by Hannover Fairs USA and GIE Media Manufacturing Group, features industry speakers presenting their company’s solutions to real-world manufacturing problems. Focuses this year include automation and Industry 4.0.

“The 2018 Integrated Industries Conference attendees include engineers, plant managers, and c-suite executives who are looking to learn more about the most pertinent topics relating to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Industry 4.0, Surface Technology, ComVac, Smart Manufacturing and MDA,” says Adrienne Zepeda, show manager of industrial events at Hannover Fairs USA. “The Integrated Industries Conference attendees will walk away with advanced manufacturing insights, best practices and new methods to help them introduce Industry 4.0 onto the factory floor.”

The conference is split into three educational tracks: motion, drive and automation; IIoT and Industry 4.0; and integrated industries.

In the motion, drive and automation track, presenters from companies such as Siemens, Bock, HIWIN and Elmo Motion Control are speaking about topics including the cost benefits of conditional monitoring machine tool analytics, synchronous PM linear motors applied to laser motion systems, electronic circuit breakers and smart manufacturing.

In the IIoT and Industry 4.0 track, speakers from Sercos, Balluf, Rittal, B&R and more are presenting on digital manufacturing solutions: industrial communication; an introduction to smart manufacturing, IIoT and Industry 4.0; the addition of artificial intelligence to IIoT; and adaptive machines.

In the integrated industries track, product engineers and senior executives from companies like Kaeser Compressors, Bimba and Acumatica/JAAS Systems share their thoughts about compressed air systems, the role of intelligent connected devices, efficiency of machine life cycles and more.

“This year’s Integrated Industries Conference will spotlight industry experts from around the world, who will offer real-time solutions to meet today’s manufacturing concerns, and all topics will directly reflect solutions demonstrated on the Hannover Messe USA show floor,” says Zepeda.
