At last year’s imX event in Las Vegas, Travis Egan (our magazine’s publisher) and I hosted an interactive industry panel in which we reviewed interesting findings from our inaugural Top Shops benchmarking survey. The panel included representatives of three of the 10 Top Shops for 2011, who spoke about some of the ways they’ve learned to become more effective and efficient at the business of machining discrete parts.
