Wanna Give MQL a Try?

If you own a Haas machine, here’s your chance to give minimum quantity lubrication a try.

This MQL nozzle retracts when not in use so as not to interfere with normal machine operation.

Attention Haas machine owners: Does your Haas have a P-Cool programmable coolant nozzle? If so, Unist, maker of fluid delivery systems, is looking for partners to beta test its new nozzle-aiming system. The system is designed to facilitate MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) on Haas machining centers equipped with the P-Cool unit. Unist’s system mounts to the P-Cool nozzle to enable programmable aiming, and it features an extendable nozzle for positioning near the cutter (this is required for effective MQL delivery). The nozzle retracts when not in use so as not to interfere with normal machine operation.

For more information and/or to be considered for an onsite beta test, contact Unist. And tell them Modern Machine Shop sent you.
