Eriez Appoints Two Leadership Positions
Tim Gland is the company’s new director for Erie, Pennsylvania, operations and Lukas Guenthardt is the new executive vice president of global strategy and development.
Eriez (Erie, Pennsylvania) has appointed two employees into leadership positions. Tim Gland is now director of the company’s Erie operations and Lukas Guenthardt is now executive vice president of global strategy and development.
Mr. Gland joined Eriez in 2014 as facilities director. In his new position, he will be responsible for all manufacturing operations at the company’s Erie, Pennsylvania headquarters and Asbury Road plants. His duties will include overseeing the facilities’ production control, quality assurance, purchasing, subcontract, shipping and stores operations. Gland will report directly to President and CEO Tim Shuttleworth.
Mr. Guenthardt joined Eriez in anticipation of Vice President, International Andy Lewis’ retirement in April, according to Mr. Shuttleworth. As executive vice president of global strategy and development, Mr. Guenthardt’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing business operations systems toward a more integrated global company. He also assumes full responsibility for the business operations of all of the company’s foreign magnetic and flotation businesses. In addition to his new position, Mr. Guenthardt will continue as chairman of the board for Eriez Europe.
