Etco Inc., a manufacturer of custom precision metal stampings, wire termination parts and molded products, announced that the Florida West Coast chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA) recognized the company as "Employer of the Year 2017" through three of its employees.

The NTMA bestows the Employer of the Year Award on companies with training programs that exemplify its high standards. The NTMA represents the precision custom manufacturing industry nationwide.

Etco apprentices attend Pinellas Technical College (PTEC). Under the guidance of the NTMA, PTEC utilizes the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) program. NIMS sets skills standards for the industry.
