Jergens Inc. (Cleveland, Ohio) has appointed Steve Schmidtke group manager for the Workholding Solutions Group. In his new role, Mr. Schmidtke will be responsible for all of the group’s activities including application engineering, product management, new product and market development, and support of the company’s workholding products through its network of partner distributors.
Prior to accepting this position with Jergens, Mr. Schmidtke served in both sales and operations management. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and resides in Chagrin Falls, an eastern suburb of Cleveland.
