The company says its top strategic growth priority is expanding via the acquisition of solid carbide and indexable insert tool manufacturers with proprietary branded products and engineering expertise. “Looking ahead to 2012, Komet is well-positioned to continue diversifying its product and customer portfolio and will execute on a focused acquisition strategy to achieve this strategic objective,” says Dr. F.
