Machine tool and manufacturing solution provider MAG (Hebron, Kentucky) has appointed Dr. Christian Lang as President Industrial Equipment. In addition to his responsibilities as a board member of MAG IAS GmbH, Dr. Lang will be part of the organization’s global leadership team and will head its activities involving metal cutting solutions for industrial manufacturers.
Dr. Lang started his career at the Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Management at the Technical University of Munich in 1987. He then worked in senior management positions at various machine tool manufacturers. In June 2010, he became managing director for sales in Europe and Asia at MAG.
