MIE Solutions Offers ERP Software with Workbooks CRM Program
The package is said to offer a cheaper alternative to other ERP/CRM packages.
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider MIE Solutions (Garden Grove, California) has announced a partnership with U.K.-based Workbooks Online to resell the Workbooks customer relationship management (CRM) solution alongside its own MIE Trak Pro ERP product. The integrated programs are intended to provide a front-and-back business solution as a stronger competitor to more expensive and complex solutions on the market.
David Ferguson, CEO of MIE, says that he believes the package will offer an affordable alternative to heavier and more complex ERP/CRM combinations. “The MIE Trak Pro and Workbooks combination will allow us to provide a complete business solution to a huge segment of the industry,” he adds, “delivering automated business processes and providing customers a one-stop shop for either or both of their ERP and CRM needs.”
Workbooks Sales Director Ian Moyse comments that the partnership will enable his company to reach a new range of customers as well as serving their current client base. He points to mid-size and smaller customers in particular as benefiting from the companies’ combined platforms because of its contrast to other vendors’ restrictively high pricing.
