Ned T. Librock has been appointed president of Dynabrade (Clarence, New York), a supplier of industrial abrasive power tools and accessories. Mr. Librock, who has served as the company’s director of marketing for the last five years, succeeds founder Walter N. Welsch, who will remain chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors.
In addition to his work at Dynabrade, Mr. Librock serves on the boards of directors of two manufacturing-based companies and has been involved in many local non-profit organizations. The western New York native is a graduate of Buffalo State College and the University at Buffalo.
