The acquisition will serve the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
Single Source Technologies (SST; Auburn Hills, Michigan), a North American machine distributor and subsidiary of Makino Inc., has acquired Automation Solutions Inc. (ASI; Charlestown, Massachusetts). According to SST, the acquisition supports the company’s efforts to expand its distribution network for customers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
