Machine modeling software provider Third Wave Systems (Minneapolis, Minnesota) has opened a remote office in Los Angeles, California. The company says the new office will enable it to more closely serve the needs of its West Coast customer base through local sales support and technical machining expertise.
The office will be led by Jerry Sanders, who brings more than 20 years of executive sales and management experience in engineering software. That experience includes 10 years as founder and president of VIZION Technologies, a CAD/CAM reseller acquired last year by Delcam, and 6 years as national sales director for Surfware.
