3D Modeling Software Optimizes Part Manufacturing
SpaceClaim Engineer is a 3D direct modeler designed to help engineers create and optimize parts for manufacturing.
SpaceClaim Engineer is a 3D direct modeler designed to help engineers create and optimize parts for manufacturing. Users can open data from any CAD system and edit designs as necessary to prepare them for manufacturing, creating in-process models and extracting surfaces for contour machining and parting geometry for mold making. The software can remove or adjust rounds and chamfers, hole sizes, face offsets, draft angles and other geometry without any history of how the model was built. Basic designs can be quickly converted into appropriate shapes for molding, casting, or forging and creating tooling and fixtures around imported CAD files.
