The No. 1011 500°F four-door cabinet oven from Grieve is designed for stress relieving stainless steel workpieces. Each of the four compartments measures 20" × 28" × 36" and is equipped with a 6,000-cfm, 5-hp recirculating blower to provide independent horizontal airflow to the workload. The chambers are heated by 30 kW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements.
The oven features 4" insulated walls, an aluminized steel exterior and a 2B stainless steel interior. It also is equipped with a shelf truck with shelf supports on 4" centers; stainless steel loading trays with integral holes to hold workpieces in place; and a transfer dolly with an oven-to-dolly latch to hold trays onto the supported shelves. Controls include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
