Almco’s Model VM-1 VibeMaster is a portable, round-bowl machine with a ½-cubic-foot capacity for deburring and finishing small metal parts in job shops and metalworking departments. Available with or without a pedestal, the machine is a quiet-running, maintenance-free unit that eliminates manual deburring tasks, the company says. It adds that the solid urethane bowl can be easily removed from the pedestal for emptying or cleaning.
 
The machine can use any type of finishing media for various precision deburring and finishing processes. Features include a molded lip on the tub that prevents escape of the finishing media and a spout angled at 45 degrees for extra strength. Available options include a flow-through compound system and a manual, five-piece screen set with container.
