Bar Feeder Service Initiative

The company will showcase one of three new vans it has equipped to serve its IEMCA bar feeder customers. Each van carries the most-used spare parts required for bar feeder repairs, enabling most repairs to be made in one visit to the customer and the bar feeder to be brought back online faster. The company says its goal is to provide faster response, eliminate service backlogs and improve overall customer service.

 

The initial three service vans will be located the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest areas, and additional vans are planned.
