Northfield Precision’s model DPH-900 chuck features a double-diaphragm design capable of gripping two different diameters on the top and bottom.

Northfield Precision’s model DPH-900 chuck features a double-diaphragm design capable of gripping two different diameters on the top and bottom. An air-detect feature alerts the machine when the part is properly placed in the chuck. According to the company, the chuck is highly accurate with a run-out of about 1 µm on diameter along the entire length of the chuck.
