Ibag North America displays its Ibag Micro Collet for precision-part manufacturing that enables accuracies of 1-micron TIR at the collet nose and accommodates tool diameters ranging to 1/8". The collet is equipped for 22-, 25- and 33-mm Ibag Micro Line high-speed spindles, including backworking and right-angle models. According to the company, the collet enables higher accuracies for precision milling and ultra-small drilling applications.
Also featured are the company’s Micro Line spindles, available in sizes ranging from 16 to 33 mm in diameter, speeds ranging to 120,000 rpm and power ranging to 390 W.
